| The eWorkOrders system has really helped us organize our Laboratory Services request process. The scientists access it through the site intranet and easily request chemical deliveries, hazardous waste pick-ups, glassware washed, items autoclaved, etc. Once the scientist's initial order is placed they do not have to re-enter their specific information - only the specific request. We have had nothing but positive comments regarding eWorkOrders request system from our customers and tracking of work requests has also been simplified by using this system. Jeff stays in touch with us on a regular basis to see if we have any issues and the system is user friendly. | |
